if the hub flanges are the same size, but it never a good idea to re use spokes

ok.. but i think i will buy them at my bike shop, they make it 50$ each hoop and 30$ for the 2 wheels black spokes and i have 2 hubs.. so it will be 130$ and i dont need to pay shipping..

ok , and d you think i would be able to change the front hub and keep the spokes or il need to buy new one?and are they black on both wheels?
